Going, going, gone – original

This 24 by 36 inch oil painting is of some flowers I picked from the Hosta plants in my garden.  They were very delicate and pretty but lasted as cut flowers for about three days.  Every time I went to paint them they had changed, each day beautiful but in a different way.  This painting is in a 26.5 by 38.5 inch silver frame.
