Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Of course, all of the Artwork is one of a kind so you will not get an exact exchange. But I understand if you don’t like it on your wall and want to return it. You will have to send it back to me and after I receive it you will get a refund with in 2 weeks.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If it is broken please just take a picture and email the picture to me. No need to send the item to me.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sarah Smith 10758 Partridge Rd Holland NY 14080 USA

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
