Have you ever been caught, in Holland, my home town, by the cows crossing the road?
On Holland Glenwood Rd two times every day the cows cross the road. So I will be driving down the road- usually in a hurry and late- and this is what I see.
Not cows walking across the road, but one stopped smack dab in front of me, chewing her cud, just staring at me, in no hurry whatsoever. She has the Right of Way and she knows it! There is no use getting mad, we just sit and stare at each other, till she decides to move.
